1.What does the lights on the U disk indicate?
The function of VOIP U disk LED:
1)The LED on left side of upper shell indicates the working status of sound card,
the green light
always on and twinkling when making a call.
2)The LED on right side of upper shell indicates reading and writing of U disk,
the red light is
always off and twinkling when the U disk is reading or writing.
3)The LED on the end of the upper shell indicates power, the green light always
on and would be off when plug out the U disk.
2.What would happen when delete or format the mobile disk of the U disk by mistake?
It dosen't matter, The VOIP U disk will resume to original setting automatically,
but information
of user's account and VOIP gateway setting might lose, user need to reconfigure.
3.Why the other side can not hear you when making a call with the U disk?
Get your mouth near to the Mic when making an IP call, meanwhile, find out if the
Mic of
sound card is silent. If all these are in good conditions, there might be something
wrong with
the earphone, try to change an earphone.
4.why the U disk can not auto run when plug into PC?
For windows2000 system or above, the auto run function is open implied. You may
choose the U disk CDrom key in MY COMPUTER by Clicking the right mouse botton. If
the first option is " auto run",it means the auto run function is implied.
If the option is "open", it means that this function
is unused. You need to run the VOIP software or AutoLoadVoIP.exe manually. If this
problem still
can not be solved, please refer to "How to open the auto run function of Windows
system. ppt".

6.What's the condition for using U disk phone and MP3 phone?
1) PC with USB port;
2) Windows2000, Windows XP operation system or above;
3) PC with Internet access;
4) correct account and password with sufficient balance.
5) When U disk can not auto run after plugging in, users should run it and set the
auto run
function manually, so that the U disk can auto run.
7.What's the difference between this U disk phone and ordinary U disk?
U disk phone and MP3 phone are new generation communication USB devices developed
by TOPTONE and based on VOIP. It integrate the FLASH of USB/mp3 player, USB sound
card and USB CDROM, and build the VOIP dailing software and other complicated settings
into the firmware. The VOIP software would auto run when plug into a PC with internet
access and obtain the gateway and User configuration from the UIP hardware. Users
can make a call by directly dail the VOIP phone or fixed phone. When plug out the
UIP, the system will close automatically without affecting the operation of PC.
The UIP has the function of ordinary U disk, if it is used to move or store files,
it's just
the same as ordinary U disk and MP3.
